Well stocked and easy to find by looking on the aisle boards, or just ask the staff. The layout is straightforward as like ever other store. Great for the batch top up or passing through travel snacks stock up.

Just passing through heading home to Auckland. Very Friendly community. Just a little niggle tho...Lady at self check out was rather rude as the screen had frozen half way through making a transaction. She said it was OK and not to worry about it as I just stood there wondering what was going on? I eventually moved along after I told her to reset the screen so I can witness my card details were removed from the screen.

The lady at the self check out was arguing with the young lady at the check out. Was very disappointed in the older lady as you could see she was picking on the younger one.

Very impressed with the product range. The lower North Island stores have a greater range of products. Their specials throughout the store far exceed the Northern region stores.

We found all the products and items we had on our list. The store was clean and tidy with clear aisles. The checkout operator was pleasant, and seemed happy In her job.

Very busy on Sunday. Plenty of fruit and vegetables available. Would like to purchase string vege bags as the paper bags fall apart.

Well stocked, the car parks a bit small. Both times we've had to park out on the street. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is okay often out of stock in things you need or restrictions on items. Pak n Save in Rotorua is much better stocked and has more accessible items to purchase.
