The Cosmetic Clinic Westfield Manukau

Today I had the privilege of being a lip filler patient. I had the wonderful Claire and Caitlin take care of my lips and they were so comforting and made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. They both took the time to explain everything they did every step of the way which was very important to me.I can't wait to book my next appointment at The Cosmetic clinic - Manukau.

Today, I had a 16:30 appointment at Westfield Manukau. However, upon arriving on time, I was informed that they were unable to assist me due to the nurse being off sick. I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist, questioning why I hadn't been informed beforehand. It was disconcerting to hear that they had forgotten to notify me, especially considering that I had to leave work early and endure an hour of traffic to make it to the appointment. Later, I received a call from Izzy, one of the therapists, who claimed to have tried contacting me but encountered issues. This struck me as peculiar since I had received a confirmation call at 10:32, but no further communication. When I asked for clarification, Izzy explained that the call went straight to voicemail and then abruptly disconnected. I inquired why she hadn't left a voicemail, to which she replied that the call simply went dead. When I suggested she could have tried calling again, she mentioned having other clients to attend to, leaving me unsure if all clients were treated equally. Throughout the interaction, no apologies were offered. I strongly believe that a simple phone call, text message, or email could have been sent to inform me of the situation. I had taken time off work, endured an hour-long commute each way, and invested my valuable time in this appointment. While I understand that everyone can fall ill, it is only common decency to inform clients and respect their time.

I’ve had Chloe for my last three treatments and she is just a beautiful person. I had the best facial today and my skin feels refreshed and clean. She was very informative and answered my many questions so that I could understand each step of the process.

I loved cosmetic clinic here at Manukau with MJ! I went to the Sylvia park branch previously and she did a consultation for me regarding my previous appointment. She gave me tons of information on my lips and did them exactly how I wanted them. Super professional and the kindest injector! Definitely recommend her, afterall she was injector of the year 2022!

I’ve had Pank for my last two treatments and she is just a beautiful person. I had the best facial today and my skin feels refreshed and clean. She was able to help my all the questions througout the process, Overall Cosmetic clinics all the staff very helpful i would love say about Bianca as well, she is very cool and helpful lady.❤️❤️

After going through different people at the Manukau clinic i finally found IZZY!! Before her i couldn't really see much results with my laser hair removal but once she started looking after me i could see a real difference in my hair reduction. She is very attentive and thorough. If you are new or scared about getting laser done or just not too sure, i highly recommend you go see IZZY. She will make you feel calm, comfortable and at ease.

Izzy is great. Chloe and Bianca are lovely too. I had some sort or reaction to the laser on my legs and the team tried their best to help as much as they possibly could.

I went for a treatment this friday and despite being late to my appointment, the staff were extremely friendly and took great care of me. Talked me through the treatment steps in detail prior to beginning the facial and continued to explain each step throughout. Skin feels great and the service was exceptional!
