It has been 4 days since I ordered a drawer. I have had no info about when it will be ready to pick up. I have rang the phone about 5 times with no answer. I now want a refund... unacceptable no communication.

Ohh my god..not sure how they are in business .. this auckland shop most of the staff are great to deal with...But this asian lady DAISY( Su Zhu- Director/Partner)(threatened me to not put her name) is so rude and out of her place. She called me stupid for asking her how delivery deal on one bed frame does not apply to upgraded bed frame... and started shouting. I am definitely filing a disputes case. .. she threatened me to not comeback.. WOW.. never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and loud.. now wonder other reviews are the same..

Been a nightmare buying from this place, boxes were missing so had to go back and collect the missing boxes, now assembled the draws and the sides of 2 draws are missing. Messaged them that we are missing these pieces and they told us that they would ship it out as I refused to go back and collect. Messaged them to see if it was shipped and they replied that they knew nothing about it so I sent screenshots of the conversation and no reply. Called to speak to the manager but they wouldn't put me through and told me the manager had left for the day so left my details with them but still nothing so far! Lastly the instructions are far from ideal to put the pieces together. A fair warning to all not to buy from here!

Absolutely terrible customer service from these people!!!Ordered a bedroom dresser from them off Trade Me. At first 1 small box arrived, then 3-4 days later another 4 boxes arrived.2 of the 5 boxes had different item codes on them, so emailed to clarify. Was assured that the 5 boxes were correct.Received an email a few days later to say that they were wrong, and only 3 boxes were needed.Emailed AGAIN to clarify what boxes were needed for my purchase. Received an email clarification 3 days later to say what boxes were needed.Emailed AGAIN to clarify that they would organise pick up of the 2 extra boxes they had sent me incorrectly.The organised that they would send a courier last Saturday, and the courier would call before they came. Waited home all last Saturday…. Yet no one showed up!!Emailed my displeasure of their service, and went to look at Trade Me, and my purchase from them has disappeared before I was able to give feed back!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER AT ALL!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Also a very bad experience. Must check reviews before you go. Buy 2 mattress and honestly $119 single mattress is just cover with springs.Call them same day and they said can't return what we open and then after 30% deduction they take it back. Very unprofessional behaviour.Batter u can go to some 2nd hand shop and buy stuff that will be more comfortable and reasonable pricesBut still need rubbish that's the shop you looking for

Terrible.. I ordered a queen bed base.. they gave me a double. Got a replacement and they didn’t send me all the parts. Finally after the 3rd attempt got it right but the wooden planks that support are so weak. Could really supply strong ones. Overall bed was okay. But terrible mattress supporters.. very weak. Overall terrible service and will not be buying from you again.

Buy at your own risk. I received missing boxes to which the store admitted I’m yet to receive two more boxes. Now they are saying all has been received… no they haven’t! I have half a drawer which I can’t even finish putting together or use due to not receiving all the items. Money down the drain.

Items on display are in really bad condition, nothing looks as good as you see on website.Please keep the display items in good condition so that customer like and buy on site.I wanted to buy bedside drawers but since I saw the display unit i changed my mind.

Thank you for the trade, just want to acknowledge your delivery persons for their patience. Thank you for the mattress I appreciate it. I also want to acknowledge the island or maori girl and man that I spoke with over the phone. Thank you for making this trade easy. To the manager or Asian lady I spoke with, I believe you need a lot more training, particularly around your customer service skills.Just a recommendation: I would suggest that you have packing delivery forms on the package to make it easier for the driver and receiver. At least it the package will be identified. I believe that this would make things a lot easier instead of guessing which product is for which customer.Cheers

my experience with Sue-e is very bad. I bought a queen size mattress. when I opened it, it was damaged. I showed the picture of damaged mattress to the manager, neither did he look at the picture nicely, nor he tried to understand my point. He directly blamed me for damaging the mattress and forcing the damage on them. He has no respect for his customer. Very very very disappointing customer service. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this sue-e. This company does not deserve any stars.
