I liked everything except Shayne. The female was amazing as she has always been over the past 5 years I've attended this store. However Shanus was arrogant and treated me visibly different to everyone else. Answered sarcastically like I didn't get the reference. Waiting for 20 mins to be served and he looks straight at someone else and asks if he can help them. Didn't bother offering the same help as he did to everyone else. His hair looked greasy and his chin looked as soft as his hands probably were. Shanal.

A small suggestion. Be so much easier if pops were sorted into their franchise. i.e all marvel together including the TV series ones not mixed with DC or Jurrasic. Otherwise really helpful team.

The guy that helped me rocks my world.... I walked in and bought 3 xboxes, with e tended warranty, games and controllers and passes. They guy did a wonderful job, everything tested, and my adult kids were very happy with the results! Totally recommend the staff gets a full payrise and a trip to Hawaii on the boss.... otherwise eb games, Napier, tidy place, but you do need more stock for PC games, Logitech equipment, and you should call me because I make gamer pcs
