We booked a 2 bedroom unit for our stay in Opotiki. The service from Linsey and Jo were amazing. Clear communication and very friendly.The room was spacious , clean and well organised with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essential utensils. The tv had sky with all the channels which was great.Free parking onsite and location of the hotel was very easy to find. We will be back to stay here when we visit our Grandpa again.

This was not my original first choice of where I wanted to stay, but I am glad I did end up staying here.Let's start with the room, it is spacious, clearly cleaned well and nice to be in. The bed was very comfortable and I even smiled to myself when I went to sleep.I appreciated having my own sink in the kitchen area and was able to find everything I need.The host is very friendly and keen on you having a comfortable stay.The only downside I can think of is the wifi did not reach my room in the furthest corner from the office.I would book here again quite happily, but request a room with better wifi.One thing I really wished they had was a spa pool as I badly wanted to relax. Next time I will also book in a room with a spa bath.

Really lovely accomodation. So handy, clean and rooms were great with all the necessary amenities and more. Managers are super friendly. I just wish they had a separate area for smokers as this really affected our stay. We couldn't enjoy our outdoor area because we were surrounded by smokers and couldn't even open our windows. Such a shame, a designated smoking area would ensure everyone has their rights" met."

This motel was so good and beyond our expectations! The apartment is spacious and have all the facilities we need. Lindsay and Jo are so welcoming and friendly. They even provided us the oven as all the restaurants closed on Christmas. Highly recommended if you’re stopping by this town!

Polite staff and very clean facilities, my girlfriend and I loved our stay here and will definitely come back again!
