Not impressed. The website helped me select the windshield wipers for my car, and since they say they will install small items like this, I decided to buy them here. Bad choice. I was there after 3pm so not at peak hour, but got no help. I asked the register person if I could get help at the wiper section and they said sure. I waited 10 minutes and got no help, and then heard another person also ask for help at the registers too, and also told “sure”. I understand that of course the register person could not leave their post. I couldn’t wait any longer and bought the two wiper blades I had been able to find, and what a big surprise: there was no one to put them on my car. For $97 I would have expected better. So I drove to Repco Mosgiel for the third wiper blade I needed and couldn’t find, and got excellent service. I’m not an a-hole so I didn’t ask them to also pop on the wipers from Supercheap auto, so now will need to go on YouTube for help on that. Should have bought the whole lot from Repco Mosgiel.

The person behind the counter was very helpful, looked up the item to make sure it was correct and then checked pricing to make sure i got the best deal. very impressed

SUPER CHEAP AUTO DUNEDIN - DUNEDIN - DUNEDINWednesday 24th May 2023 Benjamin was asked to attend to my request for new car wiper-blades for my 2007 Honda Stream. He was on the job in a few minutes. He explained everything clearly and in a straightforward way. He then asked me what I wanted from the options he gave me. He said the fitting may cost a bit more as it had just gone up a little. I took his advice as I really wanted him to fit my blades for me. The blades were on in no time and I have good clear vision from the front and out of the back window now. Ben was able to do the job better than I expected and certainly faster. I commended him for his work and how it gives me peace of mind when going on a long trip to have good blades on my wipers. Thank you so much Ben. The additional cost for fitting was minimal in my view.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating with helping me get a head-unit wiring harness sorted 10/10 will always be my local if I can get the parts from them.

Ordered an air compressor and a few accessories yesterday for click and collect. All items were in stock but order is still not ready today, I rung up and guy said he’ll sort it out and ring back… didn’t ring back then I tried to call twice again and no reply both times. Shouldn’t be too hard for someone to put 4 items together.
