40 minutes in the drive thruTo be missing 1 bun 2 wicked wings. No spoons chips were disgusting.Rude service.Undercooked food.

The lines were long, the drive thru was full, they weren't doing burgers, probably because it was so busy and the main door was closed for the same reason I assume. The service was good. They were doing their best. Im sure all would have been better if they weren't run off their feet. Thanks KFC Taupo.

The best kfc I've had in decades! Succulent chicken not overcooked, perfect amount of chicken salt on the chips, delicious bun, yum! Great service too - a nice polite women taking the orders and giving clear instructions about driving through and a happy man taking the payment. Go Taupo KFC!

KFC has no chips? Wait, what? No popcorn chicken, no straws, no napkins. Offer of coleslaw or a bun…… when you’re ordering a bun less double down. Why even open.

Went to kfc tonight, walked in, one person in front of me, we waited half an hour, the man in front of me asked how long the wait was as he was in a hurry, the lady said you're next" then she served 2 customers who walked up to ask her a question while we were still waiting! So rude

It's been a while since I had any KFC style fried chicken, and it was disappointingly bad. Chicken was oily, not crispy at all, the mashed potatoes and gravy was basically watery and tasteless.

KFC is KFC...Not much you can say except it always smells and tastes so good, but you always regret eating it afterward...This Taupo one was clean, had helpful staff, not too busy when we were there for lunch midweek...

Do not waste your time!!Took 20 mins placing an order, pointed out each individual item on the menu to make it as clear as possible. I was told the spicy popcorn meal would have regular popcorn chicken substituted which was fine by me. But in the end did not get that whole meal included in our takeaway. Useless service.

Awful, missing chicken wings, no spoons for potato, no bacon on the double down just 2 bits of chicken with cheese and no flavour on the chips tasted like neglect at its finest. Seriously disappointing way to ruin someone’s evening. Yucky

As a tourist, went there during peak holiday hours, nevertheless their cashier staff was truly the star of the show, composed under heavy pressure and yet able to take multiple orders and prepare them during my visit with my wife there. Food cooked to perfection with preferences made to our order was spot on. A Fair 4 Out Of 5.
