If there was a zero star I would give this place three of them and recommend everyone to go buy their products online. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. In buying a product there the tag on the shelf read $15, but I first asked the price TWICE, and the guy replied that yes it was indeed $15 (twice). After getting rung up it was then marked at $19 (who cares about the extra $4) at which point I replied, you just confirmed this was $15 so there must be a mistake". He turns it over and says "Oh it's $19

Ben & the Selectrix team are absolutely amazing, they offer the very best service and range of products. They have all the best qualities of a small family owned business (attentive, friendly, fast service) with the benefits of the bigger operators (good product selection, competitive pricing, quality brands). I highly recommend Selectrix for appliances, computers and audio visual products.

Rude and poor customer service. Staff member ignored me when I walked in and said good morning to him. No one attempted to assist me even when I approached them they would walk the other way and avoid eye contact?? Weird vibe. Did I do something wrong?? I was kind and polite and needed a staff member’s help :/

The service from all the staff at Selectrix Wanaka has been amazing and they went above and beyond to get me the best price available. They have also been very good at communicating and very helpful when meeting my delivery requirements. I cannot praise them highly enough.
