This agency is really bad to people customer service and not answering to there calls also have the tenancy one min and gone the next so appalling they need to be accounted for and let people know not to rent from them

this company is very unprofessional, they did a casual letting for us, never check the record of the tenants, and didn't have the proper hand over. the tenants unsure when paying the rent and not even know when the rent to be due. the tenants didn't pay rent on time and miss payment and now still owe us rent still haven't resolved the issue. the customer service after letting was very bad, never answered the phone call, didn't want to deal with this issue and we paid to them to get this poor experience. I don't recommend people go to them for renting at all.Ridiculous agency
