order this 4 my wife's birthday. driver delivery it to a wrong place. wasn't so angry before next day driver delivery the wither flower to my wife just after her birthday! its so offended!!!

For whatever reason my Easter delivery from Wild Poppies did not live up to my expectations having always had first class service. However the team at WP responded immediately with apologies and promptly sent some beautiful replacement flowers and a box of cupcakes which were delicious. WP went above and beyond to rectify the situation and in a gracious and generous way. All my family abroad know how much I rate Wild Poppies as one of the best florists I have encountered anywhere so I am delighted to also review them as exceptional in the way they dealt with my initial disappointment …. Well done Wild Poppies. One happy customer.

Wild Poppies are an amazing service! I purchased sunflowers and cupcakes as a surprise for a co-worker as a pick me up and appreciation gift, and she (and her flatmates) LOVED them! As it was a surprise, I wasn’t too sure on her address (as we live in different cities) so I chucked a note on the delivery instructions to say that I wasn’t positive that this was her address, and a lovely person called her and, not wanting to ruin the surprise but, asked if she could confirm it was her address and luckily it was right! I’m grateful that they checked this with her as this calmed my nerves haha. Thank you so much Wild Poppies!! Will definitely recommend your services and use your company again if I need to in future <3

I just wanted to reach out and extend how much gratitude and appreciation I have for the delivery yesterday.Not only did you go above and beyond to ensure the delivery was done for 12 but the delivery driver went above and beyond by delivering the flowers to the Drs.Unfortunately the recipient needed further tests so wasn't home as originally planned and after a discussion between the recipient and the driver, he/she kindly delivered them to the clinic for him.Once again, I really appreciate the service I have received and will without a doubt recommend your business moving forward as well as giving you my service for any future flower purchases.
