We had a real problem with our car on a Sunday. He took a 50 dollar call-out" fee although we met him on the property. Fortunately he looked at our car although it was weekend. But for a five minutes test drive and just a quick look at the engine it wasn't worth to pay that amount of money!! And in the end he told us what we had known before... He just gave us another number for another mechanic :-/"

Last stop for petrol on the way to Christchurch before Murchison. 100 km away. easy place to fill the tank. Lots of snack food and drinks. Or even some hot food to get you on the road. Some basic maintenance good for vehicles. Friendly staff
