Twice I have come to this store to renew my contract and upgrade my phone, twice the service has been appalling. The first trip, the (male) rep would only ask questions to and look at my partner regardless of the fact that it was MY purchase and I knew exactly what I wanted. The second trip the sales assistant couldn't have seem less interested if she tried, two other reps were talking badly about a customer who had just left right next to us and to top it off the phone I was told was in stock to order and would be shipped within a week is completely sold out country wide and I can't get an ETA on when I'm receiving my new device. Don't come here, go to the Bayfair store. The level of customer service and competency is miles ahead.

Absolutely useless service.....couldn't even explain what GB or MB were to us...Didn't know anything about the contracts they are promoting....walked off and left us.This was at the Tauranga Crossing...in no uncertain terms we made sure to tell them of the bad service (done without a scene)

Bad service went in asked for the new iPhone 14 plus with every intention to purchase one they say they don’t have any and I ask do you know when you are getting more in ? She reply’s “no not really” and says goodbye. Just lost yourself a customer, the worst non chalant attitude ever

Remarkably poor customer service.A multitude of problems setting up a business plan, more than 9 hours of my time has been spent sorting it (in some cases 2 hours in store!).Initially being sold a package that wasn’t even a thing, then having to pay an extra $100 per month than discussed, hotspots not set up multiple times even after coming in store, a whole phone number has been set up in row toy after 3 trips in and 2 phone calls… lost business, out of pocket and the rep today couldn’t even tell me who/how to complain.Disgusting service with a minimum wait time of 25 mins to see anyone (even prior to increased Covid measures).I am baffled that a company like Spark is proud to practice in this way.

On 18th June 2023 went to Spark at Tauranga crossing. Bikah Neupane provided excellent service. Bikash took an additional effort to complete the sale. He gave a good explanation about the product and highlighted an other promotion that was in store. Finally, we decided by a Samsung S23 ultra mobile phone and the Apple AirPod Max. What a bad service, I waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me, but no one even looked at me to give me any satisfaction and it's not the first time this has happened.The attendants went to the back of the store and didn't come back.It seems like they don't care about customers. Since they don't care, I'll look for another operator that provides decent service.

Not that helpful. They seem to be hell bent on sales rather than service. After spending over $1,000 on a new phone (old one died) we were not offered any help in even moving sim card across let alone help in setting up. Then we found we had to purchase a charger! Other accessories were very expensive. Spark has gone down in our estimation.
