Booking time and service different .No courtesy to offer car/ good words.Rude staff, speaks well with young ladies but not with others.I will never go to them and recommend not to go there from my experience.

I was able to talk to Customer Service Representative through email to get everything sorted before taking my car in. The whole process was smooth and explained clearly to me before collecting and paying. Great job guys and will definitely use you again!

If I could provide a zero star review I would. Tried to back out of the previous puncture guarantee stating it was a different leak without actually examining the tyre and wanted to charge a further $40. No cars in the workshop but couldn't fit us in that morning, then backtracked with an offer to repair immediately for free when we told them not to bother and walked out.

After a VIP text message regarding a free tyre rotation I booked my partners car in today whilst off work. From the guy who booked me in, to the two lads that did the rotation. Friendly, good humour and their attention to detail, even on a complimentary rotation was very unexpected. They cleaned the windows and cleaned up each wheel they changed. I won’t be going anywhere other than Poriruas “Tony’s Tyres”.Well done team

So I was at tonies tyres & was served by a very tall handsome man who had a tattoo on his neck. He even helped me cross the road & he was very friendly. I recommend you see this man if you need anything done to your car. The service was quick & carried out very passionately by the workers. Although they seemed under staffed, they still managed to get the work done with no problems at all. Full respect to these hard working gentlemen who show up day in & day out with no complaints at all!!THANK YOU TONIES TYRES
