Booked car in for a Smart Service, you can do this online and the team confirm by email. Team are courteous on arrival and ask when do you need the car by. The store is opposite Pak'n'save and accessible by most buses so that is very convenient.The team not only completed the work in the time required but added notes which is useful knowing what further work may be required soon.

Vinnie was helpful in looking at my car same day and gave good advice for where to go to fix it as he couldn't help. If I was in the area longer I'd get my car serviced here based on this first impression.

Amazing service. I had my Prius showing hybrid system malfunction and I went to Midas Porirua around 5pm and a guy straight away looked at my car by plugging the scanner. He fixed the problem and didn’t even charge me for the time and effort. Great people. Highly recommended

Definitely thorough, pleased that they identified an issue I was not aware of and sorted it same day. Not as happy that they outsource WoF to nearby VTNZ, would have thought they would do this themselves.

Took my car in for a service and all was going well until the team discovered something a little unusual. At a point where some places might start doing that thing when they take a sharp intake of breath through their teeth before telling you it's going to cost hundreds to resolve, Dean and the team at Midas Porirua simply took a little time to resolve the problem at no extra cost. Great service and great results will have me going back again.Thanks team!
