Visited with my 7 year old daughter, she enjoyed the whole experience and was able to get a wig similar to her natural hair and also a pink one which she had been asking for since losing her hair.Suzanne was lovely and super helpful.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Jessica's Wig Salon. As a visit was ‘By Appointment Only’ I made an appointment and drove over an hour to get there. As this was my first time ever trying on a wig I did try on quite a few! Just as I was getting to the point where I was starting to narrow down my selection the assistant said “I dont want to rush you but my next appointment will be here in 5 minutes. This was news to me. I had no idea we were on a time limit.The assistant said I could still take my time but that she would be occupied with her next client. I laid the 4 –or 5 wigs I was considering on the couch and turned back to the vanity & mirror to find that my chair had been taken around the other side of the vanity and was in use by the next appointment’s support person. I tried kneeling at the vanity but clearly it was not going to work.They could have salvaged a sale out of me if they had taken the time to follow up after I left. However this did not happen and I purchased online from Australia. Twice."

Anne has been absolutely wonderful. The quality of service here has been great. They really take time out and help you choose to your own liking. The instructions provided here is great. So thankful to Anne for being so wonderful to me and my family. Love this place!!

Suzanne is great to deal with. Getting my wig (due to going through chemo) was an easy and pleasant experience. And then when I had an issue with the wig, Suzanne was amazing and replaced it without question. I highly recommend Jessica’s Wigs.

Sophie and Suzanne were wonderful. My mother had just been through her first chemo and was looking for scarves and perhaps a wig. They were able to help find both for her. They have a great selection and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended!

When I found out I would lose my hair due to chemo, I literally went to pieces. I searched the internet in vain and went to many places without finding the right fit for me.Then a miracle! I sent my picture to Suzanne and she found me the perfect wig. Losing your hair is so traumatic but if you find a wig that makes you feel like you when looking in the mirror, it really lessens the heartache. Can't thank Suzanne enough. She has good instincts about that you need and is very generous with her time when you visit the salon. Recommend 100%+++
