Amazing service by Rachel today at the store, she was able to give me a great deal on 2 sets of beds (one for when I’m in nz and one I’m getting shipped overseas) I went to Harvey Norman earlier and felt intense pressure to buy something i couldn’t actually afford even though I told the sales person my budget and just felt like he wasn’t listening to me at all, Rachel listened to all my needs and budget that I wanted to stick to and gave me a few options which I was extremely happy with. ended up spending within my budget and got amazing beds for a great price. Thank you so much, I’ll be back to spend there again if I need another bed. Also amazing clean fresh store Thanks

Great service from The team there, was looking for a bed for my bad back, they were helpful and informative on the type of beds I tried and didn’t make me feel bad when I was using finance options and credit from Winz to help with the payment, some other stores I went to that same day gave me bad attitude but bedpost manukau really restored my shopping experience that day. I just browsing and ended up buying because the sales person is very friendly and knowledgeable.I feel that I got the best bargain and achieved my need to buy a single king bed with extra mattress under.Her name is Carrie.She is a valuable employee and excellent service.She need to have recognition. Being a young couple most sales personnel overlooked us and didn't give us the time of day. Amazing fresh and clean setup and not to mention the great service from the team. I found the perfect bed for my room at an amazing price. prior to this I went to to various other stores but bedpost was the only store that met my expectations. Thank you so much, I felt extremely happy leaving the store and I can't wait for my new bed. If I ever need another mattress or bed I will definitely be back here. Thank you!!
