Protea Patch

We got some beautiful shrubs at a great special price.

I have just received my first order from Protea Patch.I wanted to place a review, because of the outstanding service I received. I had requested at some point, possibly last year, to go on a wait list for a special protea. Not having purchased from here before, I wasn’t sure if I had actually ended up on a list or not. Last week however I received a welcome email, telling me that the protea was available.The order process was a breeze, with my emails being replied to promptly.My order arrived as expected, and I wouldn’t have known the plants had travelled the length of the North Island. They were both lovely specimens.Thank you Carol, for your help throughout the process. I look forward to being rewarded for my patience, while waiting for my plant to become available.

I'm almost tempted to plant my whole yard in grevilleas just to have a reason to buy more from Protea Patch. I only needed one to replace a storm damaged one from Cyclone Gabrielle. Nothing in Whangarei of the variety we wanted, but I found it in stock here for $35. What a quick and easy process, and Carol even pointed out that I could buy a second for the same freight cost. I didn't think the $20 freight cost excessive anyway, but when it arrived I was truly impressed with the care it had received in packaging and handling, especially compared with plants I have mail ordered elsewhere. I think they love their plants. Carol's emails are quick, polite and helpful, and I can't recommend them too highly.
