3A Printing & Signs North Shore (Albany Store)

3A has printed literally thousands of copies for us at QPR New Zealand over the past 10 years. Usually 30% cheaper than anywhere else. Always on time and very responsive.

Poor communication.They didn't read my emails properly, had to CC different people in to get a reply to start with. Response time is ether minutes or weeks between replies, one or the other.It really shouldn't be this hard to just print one A3 print....Edit/response to reply: I wasn't after an immediate printing, nor was I rushing/demanding anyone for it. I was just after communication. If your business is down with covid (sorry to hear) then just let customers know that response time and output capacity is effected and that is perfectly understandable.- Appreciate it's not been an easy month for a lot of people due to covid and flooding.

Absolute poor service. I ordered custom size poster for printing 0n 13th June. They shipped the parcel on 20th June and received by 25th June. The size of the poster was 140mm bigger than what I ordered. I called and the get over the phone said someone will ring me back but no response for 3 or 4 days. After calling again, they said the could not print custom size and asked to provide the new design with custom sizes. I provided the new design and asked for overnight delivery. They did not send it out for another day and again sent it on normal delivery. It's 11th July today, and I am still waiting for the poster. Completely unethical. If you want to order from these people be patient for a month to get your order.

A friend of mine got event invites printed for me at this store and I am very unhappy with how they have turned out.The first big thing, is that she requested that they be matte finish. They are not at all a matte finish, but instead are shiny.I have been going through them and keep noticing more and more upsetting things - photos attached below. There are several invites that have black marks on them from the ink smudging. There are also quite a few invites where the cartoon dog at the bottom has had his paws and half of his face cut off. A lot of the invites also have a visible white line on the sides of them that should not be there.Pretty disappointing. The company has not responded to my emails about their mistakes.
