Excellent service. Level 4 lockdown. So, definitely not expecting Jessica to carry out a phone appointment, organise a brace, have it delivered and offer appropriate follow up advice in less than 24 hours. Awesome

I had a referral with Ora before the 2021 level 4 lockdown which I unfortunately had to cancel.The team at Ora were very helpful and sympathetic to me wanting to be able to exercise during lockdown, and sent the ankle brace directly to me, and jumped on a quick video call to show me how to properly fit the brace.Its been great to be able to exercise during this lockdown!Thanks Ora

I had a post op complication that required Orthotic help. I was lucky enough to be referred to Jessica at Ora. She was nothing short of brilliant, great knowledge, service and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending Ora (Jessica) to anyone that needs orthotic help, If you are being referred it is well worth telling your doctor that’s where you want to go. Jessica/Ora a massive thanks for all your help.

Had a lovely consult with Jessica today. My 8 month old baby needs a helmet for a flat spot on his head and we’re getting this done through Ora. She needed to take a scan of his head which was a bit tricky (as he needed to keep still), but she kept him smiling and calm the whole appointment. Its obvious she really cares about her clients! Highly recommend Ora Orthotics.
