After first contacting Archibald's and asking for a quote on parts needed for my jaguar, I thought I would be in for the same slack service I had received elsewhere but to my delight, I received a reply almost immediately with a price and a picture and part number for the part I needed. Ordering the part was undertaken by Kayne and the process from first contact to receiving the parts was friendly and professional.I have no hesitation in recommending Archibald's to anyone who wants exceptional service and value.

Recently had an Audi a7 inspected by Chris and the team, that I was looking to purchase from a none Audi dealership. The service and comminication throughout the process was impeccable, and the inspection flagged up multiple issues with the vehicle, which resulted in me not buying it. I highly recommend Archibalds Audi for your servicing requirements, or pre purchase inspections.

The worst services I would ever had! Promised us to call back but after months nothing come back from them. Very disappointed to their service. Just been told and promised will contact us in the next few days.(let’s see if they do).Very disappointed!! When you sold a problem car to customer, you should solve the problem. Taking ownership to update your customer is your job! Not your customer contact you to ask what’s the update! We have been very kind of waited at least 3months now. Many broken promises!
