Josh is absolutely great! He is professional, punctual and reliable, which we really appreciate. We got in touch with him early evening when were in a bit of a crisis, and he came and worked until late, and was thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why! When he returned to complete the job, we were just as impressed as the first time! I highly recommend Josh and we will not hesitate to use him again.

We've used Josh a few times now for some small jobs and he's been really great. Super pleasant guy and his work is top quality. He makes sure to go through solutions without ripping in or making it someone else's problem and works around other trades. Was also great putting up with two little kids who found him fascinating!

Josh did a great job installing our dimmers and advising on replacing outside security lights. He also went that extra mile and changed our Heatpump filter. Unlike other tradesmen we have had, everything was cleaned up and put away after the job was completed. He’s also a very knowledgeable and friendly person to deal with. Thank you.

Loane helped us renovating our electric installation in every room in our 1920s house. Massive renovations on the bathroom and the kitchen especially, where electricity was a key component to the look and feel of these rooms!Loane is not only very professional, hard worker and qualified, he also uses his experience to provide informed and well-thought advices and recommendations, which is very valuable.Apart from the planned work that we had done with JB electrics, we also had to use their services for a power outage that needed to be fixed urgently. Loane was available in the middle of the night and during 3 days straight to investigate and troubleshoot the problem.His knowledge and tenacity keep us out of trouble!Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend JB Electrics. Josh was punctual, professional and he competently assessed and repaired an RCD issue. He also went the extra mile to give general advice on lighting, a house alarm issue and an extra power point, a very comprehensive and helpful service. Josh is very helpful and very nice to work with. He communicated well, turned up on time and cleaned the area he worked on when he finished. We had the electrical fault with the gas hob switch. After he finished fixing it, he went for extra miles and gave us some suggestions on the issue we had with one of the burners. We will definitely use him again. Thank you Josh.
