Sadly this hotel's has lost its way, no staff taking any pride in their job, snapping at guests. Running out of food on buffet, and staff slow to react.Forced to stay here through work commitment but would not stay here again.

Do not be deceived by the website and photos! This place is horridly run down and seriously outdated, not just physically, but the staff too.Firstly, the website looks like a flash place, nice views from any room available, pool and games room... WRONG. The room has a view of a carpark, so you have to keep curtains drawn for privacy (which the curtain - yes, one single curtain - doesn't cover the window properly).The room had an awful smell. The condition was sad, peeling paint, damaged walls, shotty wiring. The TV had about 3 semi-working channels and the rest was static.House keeping had clearly done the bare minimum as complimentary items had been thrown onto surfaces rather than displayed.The games room" was very run down and outdated. There is one ping pong ball available for both foosball and table tennis

Davies, I commend her. She was kind. She was mindful and considerate. I was disappointed that this business trip was raining, but it was meaningful to meet her. I want to come again next time.

Really comfortable and clean for a great sleep. The staff were very friendly and the location is an easy walk to shops and waterfront. It is an old building but that didn't matter in terms of our comfort and enjoyment.

No hot water. Evening and morning, shower was less than tepid.Everything else was great

I stayed here for two nights, my room was on the lower floor and there was a little noise from doors opening and closing. Bed was comfortable. I order room service and it was very quick, I had the tofu which was lovely.Beautiful sea view from hotel restaurant. Walking distance from local Cafe.

I want to give a special thank you to both Janine and Donna, who were extremely friendly, personable and helpful for me when my travel plans abruptly changed and I needed to stay an extra night—not only were they able to accommodate me but even tried to find me a room further away from a wedding party coming in late that evening. And they helped make sure I was able to make my connection the following morning. Their facility was comfortable and pleasant and their staff is amazing, thank you again!!

Great location!!!!Rooms were nice for the price! Pool was nice and clean! A spa would be a bonus! Friendly staff.Had some loud neighbours with like 7 kids that were quite loud both nights - banging doors going in between rooms. I do wonder how they got away with so many people and not exceeding maximum room occupancy?The laundry was really loud too! Thank god we brought some ear plugs!Other than that was a great stay and would stay again.
