The item which I had ordered would need to be ordered in which may have a significant delay. The AV store notified me of this delay and offered a favorable substitute which I happily accepted. The item took 2 days to arrive and in great condition. Highly recommend The AV Store.

Absolutely terrible service in store. Was completely ignored by the guy behind the counter. Not even any acknowledgment when I walked in. I then said to him let me know when you’re free. Still no acknowledgment. Thankfully another guy came along and was helpful. Someone either needs a new job or to be hidden away in back.

Best price (and availability) anywhere in the country so I took a punt on the AV Store. Glad I did. Super fast shipping ((these guys don't sit around when it comes to getting orders out!) - I got my order in Rural North Auckland within 20 hours of ordering. Will definitely be using The AV Store again in future.
