We had a small problem with my ute, rang and even though they said they were very busy, swing by, which we did.Someone looked but thought the problem could go deeper so it was a matter of making a time to come back. We couldn't do carried on with our journey.Went to pay for their time and were said not to worry as really they couldn't do much in the 10 minutes they looked.Good and friendly staff who were obviously very busy.

My passenger window wouldn't work, it was stuck in the down position during the crazy storms a couple of weeks ago :(Pickerill fitted me in the next morning, they diagnosed the problem, sourced a part and had me back on my way within a couple of hours. They are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. I've dealt with them twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times they've fitted me in within 24-36 hours. Great communication, no dramas and sensible reasonable pricing.Would totally thoroughly recommend. Thanks Pickerill Auto - GREAT SERVICE!!

Theres guys were great, our house battery went flat , we rung explaned we live in our caravan and had no power at all, they dropped what they were doing to get us on the road again with a new battery

They were so honest and fair and took 6 minutes to do a job that I’d been told would take at least 2 hours. Couldn’t recommend their easy and friendly service more. Would never go anywhere else now !

I dropped in there on the off chance, someone may have been available, 4.30pm. Had an issue with the wiring on my rear stop light, that needed immediate attention, but also for my wof. The lovely lady at reception found one of the guys free,to look at my car. Found and fixed the problem by 5.10pm, they close 5.30pm. Such lovely courteous staff. Definitely recommend these guys and the ladies.
