Great service from Lisa and the team, really helpful with design choices. The Romans look amazing and the verticals are perfect. Would highly recommend anyone needing window dressings visit the team at Creative curtains top class service.

I had some curtains made by Creative Curtains 5 years ago and while the quality of making and installing was good, I have an issue with the labelling on the curtains in regards to cleaning them. Their instructions clearly said that dry cleaning was recommended. However, on taking them to the dry cleaners I was advised that this fabric is not suited for cleaning by any method.I sought advice from Creative Curtains who now advise, contrary to their label, that any form of cleaning is not advised for any curtains (drapes)!If you do purchase fabric from this company it may be useful to find out whether it is suitable for cleaning or not.

Creative curtains replaced the lining on my curtain and did a fantastic job. Always recommend this business for a professional and friendly service.

We ordered curtains from Creative Curtains that arrived 9 weeks later than promised (17 weeks in total), we chased up the installation several times following two missed deadlines for installation. We also pointed out that it was a child's bedroom with no curtains at the time. There was no recompense for the late delivery of service. A very abrupt representative then hounded us for payment shortly after installation.

After getting 6 different quotes from different providers I decided to go with Creative Curtains and they have provided me with outstanding service! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy curtains, roman blinds and roller blinds. I was purchasing curtains for the first time and Lisa Mills, their design consultant, made the entire process so easy for me. She took the time to really help me understand what options I had, helped me in identifying my needs and what I wanted. I made multiple changes throughout the process but she was very patient and did not once made me feel bad! She was always available when needed. The workmanship under Debbie, their workshop manager, has been exceptional. There was one issue that came up because of the fabric I choose, but it was resolved without any problems and in a prompt manner which further proves how trust worthy they are and how important customer satisfaction is for them. I will definitely be going to them for all my future needs and highly recommend them.

while I had no problem with the original service & Installer I must point out how disappointed I was at the end, first lot came back incorrect colour for the backing but was rectified , the final drapes came back with a Thermal backing which I definately did not order their reasoning was that the Roman Blind had to be backed with this backing as the drapes are a voile, & they said the drapes had to be backed with the same and that they would not have done it with a different lining, at no time did they asked me if this was okay and at the end of the day I am the client.I asked them to rectify this & they said they would not as even if I wanted the lining of my choice they would not have made them so I would not have gone ahead with them.Make sure you definately dot your I's & cross your T's even have it in writting before going ahead.

Had blockout curtains done in this store, as I don't like the lights coming into the room if I need to take a rest during the daytime.The price was expensive so I thought the quality would be good. However, the blockout blinds they made were just as big as the window, so the lights can still come into the room.The curtains are so smelly, caused me cough and sore throat, so I had to remove all the curtains which I spend $2000 on from the bedroom.Very bad experience, so be careful when you want to choose this store!
