The Dentists - Rotorua

I am a very anxious patient and needed some attention.Dr Natasha Manuson and her technicians were incredible!I had sedation but for some reason it wasn't having the desired effect so we went along with the treatment anyway.Natasha was the most kind, caring and considerate dentist I have ever met. Bravo team

Once again, the Dentists Rotorua, or to be more precise, Dr Danny Lee and Sarah Leishman, managed to arrange help for me and a very sore tooth on a busy Friday. For the second time in 15 months The Dentists Rotorua exceeded what could reasonably have been expected.They're a great team, thank you!

From having a fear of the Dentist for ever in a day, right from child hood, always making excuses, well that changed 3 years ago when I joined The Dentist" in Rotorua.I saw a Dentist "Danny"

The young dentist I had was very nice and did a great job. I was referred to a more senior dentist to advise me on further work I was interested in getting done. His attitude was the opposite, he was very busy and even though the appointment was booked, I had to wait for ever to be seen. He eventually rushed through my consultation, he was off-hand, dismissive and obviously had no interest whatsoever in what he was doing. I have actually never experienced that sort of service from any professional before. I would never go back.

Visiting NZ from the UK and started with tooth pain. The Dentists were wonderful fitting me in at short notice and Maia sorted my infection out. All the staff; reception, dental nurse and Maia were wonderful. Tooth pain has now gone and I can continue to enjoy my holiday. Thank you

Last year in 2022 I had an abcessed tooth and my Dentist had retired. Lucky for me The Dentists Rotorua were able to take me at short notice and I feel so fortunate to now have Dr Natasha Manuson as my Dentist as her services are outstanding. After that initial appointment my personal plan for restoring my smile and protecting my teeth for the future was made up and everything was explained fully with all the options, different procedures and prices in writing for me and presented in a way that I could make decisions about which option was the best. Natasha is very professional, takes pride in her dentistry and is so gentle and thorough I always felt well looked after, and her assistant Niamh was very kind and thoughtful going the extra to make sure I was comfortable. They make a great team and I highly recommend Dr Natasha and The Dentists Rotorua.

Friendly,helpful reception, Dr Maia Tapsell and her nurse gave first class treatment, professional and painless. This is now 'my dentist'.

Wow, 100% recommend The Dentist. After several decades of not going to a dentist thanks to awful experiences from school dental nurses, I realised I needed to practice what I preached to our son in regards to looking after his teeth - I overcame my fear and rang these guys. Very understanding and supportive. My first visit was back in August 2021, I had the lovely Charlotte and Maia (what an wonderful team). I have since returned for a check up and for work on an old sports injury. Charlotte and Maia are very supportive. Charlotte explains everything which will happen. Very impressed with The Dentist, from the moment you step inside you can certainly see and will experience that this team is dedicated to your oral health. Special mention also to Cindy on receptionist. Thank you.

I was well looked after during my Extraction by Dr Maia Tapsell and her dental nurse. Have been nervous wreck over dental appointments but Dr Tapsell really changed that and I feel super comfortable coming in. Thanks again!
