Good selection of swimming equipment, wetsuits and swimsuits, by far the best in Wellington. Prices are reasonable for the brands on offer, and there are frequent sales. Staff can be a bit terse sometimes but they are experienced swimmers who know their stuff, and are prepared to share the knowledge if you can keep a straight face.

Visited during sale - so good value and quality but no longer full size selection (hence 4 stars). Children, teens adults swimwear if you want something to actually swim in.

T3 Wellington is widely trusted by the swim community and I've never heard a bad word about them. Their staff are genuinely invested in the local swim community and give honest advice. They are good at getting stuff in so you can try it for size, so it pays to ring first to ensure they have what you want, size, colour etc. If not they will get it in no obligation.

I phoned ahead to see if what I wanted was in stock. It was & when I arrived the young woman had extra similar styles to show me. She was perfectly helpful. Totally professional service. Outstanding! Thank you.

Please ensure your website is up to date as it is misleading to customers.Firstly I purchased some clear engine goggles. A few days latter I received an email saying they no longer have them.Secondly I purchased a snorkel and they sent the wrong one. Then they told me the one I wanted wasn't available. The one I ordered had an extra feature and they told me they were the same price. I went to check the website and they had updated it and made the model they sent me the same price as the one with the valve that stops water when tumble turning. Didn't sit right with me. Only after questioning it, they sad we will give you $10 back.If you are going to be a credible E business you need to up your game and love your customers. I visited your brick and mortar Wellington branch recently and the young man didn't want to sell a thing. Directing people online was his MO. If online is the business, up your game.I have changed this review to 5 stars. As this matter was handled by a true customer centric retailer. Well done to this individual. Retail is your true calling. Way to turn a negative experience into a positive one.

Have shopped at T3 Wellington multiple times for lots of triathlon things. They have been exceptional on every occasion, listened to what I was after, asked questions about experience, future plans etc and recommended products that I've always been happy with. Very knowledgeable staff, can't recommend them highly enough!
