Great massage. As an ultrarunner I've come to recognise the benefits of massage in aiding recovery from tough sessions as well as recovery from injury. I've been to a few different therapists but Bond Massage Therapy is the best I've found.

Absolutely 5 star! Des gives a fantastic sports massage and is extremely knowledgeable about movement and the human body. During my assessment Des outlined all the tools and techniques she has on offer for treatments, it is clear she thinks both about treating the acute issue and also long term treatment goals. I felt comfortable and listened to throughout my treatment. I will be back!

The Bond Body Balm does wonders for my arthritic hands and knee. I'm 87yrs Desiree is gentle but affective with soothing my aches and pains. I really look forward to my monthly appointment.
