Had Tram do my nails, she was amazing and so friendly. Look forward to having them done by her again! But also the whole place is beautiful and so clean.

Have been coming here for months, but won’t be back. Nails / mani are rushed by all. Kelly is awful, on a good day she’s friendly but catch her on a bad day and she’s rude, not only to customers but colleagues. Talks down about them to customers. Was unbelievably rude to me yesterday and made me feel so uncomfortable. She needs customer service skills and learn to be kind. I won’t be back because of her. I’ll now be going elsewhere

Review from Yvette. May did my SNS nails. They are amazing and will definitely be back. Nothing was too much trouble. She was also happy to add on a pedicure for me even though this would have taken her well beyond closing time. Excellent service - 5 star.

Have done acrylic nails and waxes and both done really professionally and looks amazing every time. Always clean and the girls (and guy) super friendly! Felt spoilt and the frequent offerings of beverages including champagne is a really nice added bonus. Always feel great after every visit!!

Hot stone spa pedi is a brief massage. Pre booked but waited for some time before being served (they were very busy). Wasn't allowed to leave wearing my shoes after pedi (polish)
