This was the best permanent eyebrow tattoo ombre I have ever had, and seen. She is a perfectionist who has a good eye for style, detail and matching your face. She measured and printed the eyebrows on me before tattooing to make sure she and I were happy. She numbed my eyebrows for less pain.
