Omg I’m hooked. Did my first class last week and can’t wait to do my next. I thought it would I would be just floating around on the hammock but to my surprise I found it a little more challenging than that. Such a good workout and degrees of levels to go to if you want easier or more advanced. Highly recommend giving it a go.

What an amazing experience! Absolutely loved my first aerial yoga session with Helen and will definitely be going back for more. Excellent teaching, lots of encouragement and really felt I'd achieved something by the end of the lesson. Absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend.

Love love aerial yoga! Just completed a 30 hour Aerial Yoga Teacher training with Sarah and Hels! Amazing!! Great teachers, great training and an awesome bunch to learn with. I'd definitely recommend yoga Savitri' courses to anyone wanting to delve deeper into Aerial!

Lovely bright new studio. Aerial pilates a new experience for me: it is good fun and great for my practice - a new challenge, and enjoyable. Teacher Jess is fantastic; reassuring and rigourous with the new equipment and movements, and, as always, attentive and kind.

Aerial yoga with Sarah and Hels is so much fun! Its also a great work out but just so much fun. The studio space is perfect and both are awesome teachers that make you feel safe, and confident. They celebrate your achievements and work with you to achieve more and more. I love it and them. Rhonda

The aerial yoga has been a new experience for me but one that I have really enjoyed. Sarah & Helen are very patient and I feel really confident with them as teachers, when some of the moves seem a little bit daunting.... It still feels like I'm doing yoga, just with a bit more playfulness to it. Highly recommend.
