Mark was very helpful, and fixed my lap top overnight! I would recommend his business for repairs.

Absolutely fantastic. This business was suggested to me by a family member who'd had an issue with their keyboard fixed a few months earlier. Mark replaced a battery on my MacBook Air as well as completing a more complex repair on my partner's laptop. He's very knowledgable, highly efficient, and great at communicating where things are at with respect to diagnosing the problem, ordering in parts, etc. Can't recommend him enough!

I came to Mark for a second opinion on my Macbook. He explained the problem in a very clear and understandable way and even provided me photo's of the damage. The repair was fast and very reasonably priced, a lot cheaper than my first option (which would be 3x more than what Mark charged). I am really grateful. If you don't know jack about computers it's nice if someone spends a little extra time to help you understand. Mark is the best.

I highly recommend Mark and his service.I smashed the screen of my iPhone 11 and went to get it repaired. After getting many quotes from businesses around Christchurch, Mark came back to me with the best deal. The screen was replaced within an hour and a half. Mark took his time to do the job correctly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the new screen on my phone was faulty. I immediately got in contact with Mark and we arranged a time to take my phone back in to replace this screen. It was found that the replacement screen was also faulty, so Mark went out of his way and got a screen from a different supplier within the two hours that he was changing screens. When I went to pick up my phone for the second time, Mark DID NOT charge me for the other replacement screens or his hours.I highly recommend Mark and his business. He communicates well and is helpful and friendly. He knows what he is doing, and explains the process of repair well, and it is very comforting knowing the repair is done in knowledgeable hands.Thank you Mark!

I installed a motherboard on my pc. but when I went to power it on all I got was a black screen. Rang Mark, he gave me some ideas to fix it but no luck there. I then rang Mark back and said I need to bring it in. I was there by 9.30am and was all done in the same day. I Will definitely use his services again.

He did such an amazing job fixing my phone. Got my old iCloud back. This was back in march I think. Mark is the best. I’ll have to go back there again sometime this week for some more fixing as iPhone can be a pain lol he’s the best in this field . Thank you so much I’ll see you again

This place is brilliant! I sent them an email about my MacBook battery at 9am on a Sunday morning, not expecting a reply until Monday, and they replied about 5 minutes later with an outline of what the issue was and a (very reasonable) quote. The service was outstanding, Mark was very helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable - will definitely be going back there for all my computer issues! I am very grateful for all his assistance.

I definitely recommend this place! Mark was SUPER helpful in getting to the bottom of the ENDLESS issues my son was having with his gaming PC!! He was finally able to enjoy playing WITHOUT it crashing once Mark worked his magic & figured out what was wrong. Very accommodating for being affordable with giving me different options to pick from. I had contacted a few places who WEREN'T able/or willing to help me before coming across OhNO!
