We contacted Carl in August 2021, initially to build an extension to our original home. This led to several other projects on the house as addition led to renovation, recladding and remodelling and upgrading of existing areas of the house. We are so pleased with the result. His workmanship was of the highest quality and he made excellent suggestions as to how best to utilise our site and achieve our dreams - the end result is a home we are very proud of. Despite the many problems that arose due to the lockdown and material shortages which it caused he was always able to come up with a solution or know who could provide the solution Thank you Carl for a great job.

We're really happy with our new deck. The staff were always friendly and communicated well. It took less than 6 days to build, from digging out the topsoil to adding the finishing touches and leaving the site spotless. Highly recommended.

Carl and his team did a great job on our deck, outdoor stairs and other finishing touches on our newly built architectural design house on a very difficult site.They are very professional, tidy, on time and take pride in the work. We contracted CCL in mid 2021 to replace and extend our deck and convert a toilet to an ensuite by reducing the size of the rooms either side. We were really impressed with the quality of the job and the excellent communication in navigating all the challenges associated with Covid. This included good planning to ensure that we had the materials we needed at the time we needed them as well as coordinating with all the different trades to complete the work.When it came time to replace all our joinery, we had no hesitation in using CCL to fit the windows including extending the size of our ranch sliders and all the associated work. We used Carl to renovate our bathroom and found his communication and project management to be excellent. The job was completed to a high standard and overall we’re very happy with the final result. Carl was also responsive to a very minor plumbing issue after completion which was resolved promptly. Overall, highly recommended.
