I get my eyebrows done here (threading/waxing). Mankirat does my eyebrows. :) I always walk out 100% happy with my eyebrows looking on point. Definitely recommended.

Went there without appointment and somebody else had an appointment for that time so i stepped back and ask for the time i can come in for my haircut and i got told to come after an hour.Went there again right on time, waited 45 mins for my turn and then got told sorry i mixed up the timings with other customers and asked me to wait more even when i was the one who arrived first.They ditched me for the 3rd time in a raw just right on time.The previous ones were not the same but one of them i still remember because that was not a long back.I called for an appointment for haircut and they gave me an appointment for 4pm and I didn’t made any plans around that time so i can reach for my appointment on time and i got a call from the salon at 2:30pm saying sorry the lady has some commitments and your appointment got canceled for today.Been there few times always ended up waiting 30-40 mins.i Was only coming here because it’s close to my house but now will find somewhere else and will never come here.Thanks so much.

I had been here before and loved how they tinted my eyebrows as they are quite uneven so wasn't hesitant to come back again. This time a different lady threaded and tinted my eyebrows. She took longer than the first lady but thats fine. Perfect I walked out happy. Until the tint started to wear off and she had made my good long eyebrow match my shorter eyebrow. I was livid! ive already got one short eyebrow why make the other one short too? and because of the lock down I cant go back to speak to the them

Went here a week ago... I told the girl there ..its my first time getting eyelash extensions.Anyhow when all was done my eyes were started to water literally as soon as I got home. It settled for awhile.. then I noticed my left eye started to look swollen?? So instead of going back,i went to get them removed from elsewhere.. and low behold... apparently too much bloody glue.. and I noticed it was crooked and they were falling off .. geez not going bk again... major difference when I got them redone again...

Been going here for threading until she didnt follow how i explained to do my brows . My brows were not even after threading , went in for a Brazilian and that was the worst brazilian i have ever gotten from a professional!! She did not make any lips for a fast smooth rip , the brazilian is painful yes but i can bare the pain with the lady who did mine she pulled and picked at the wax slow and the rip technique wasnt comfortable!! In stead it was slow and light , she did not stretch the area to be waxed she just pulled it slowly !! It was not a clean wax i went home with alot of missed hair and a very swollen vaginal area . Ive never experienced such a rough brazilian since the day i started waxing ( make matters worse the waiting area could hear me telling her shes pulling it off slow and its painful the way she was waxing that area) i also went in for regrowth after 3weeks with very little hair to be waxed and i was charge $85 dollars for a bad experience. I bet it sweety herself was there to see how her staff operate she wouldnt be happy . Not to mention i had rang and booked for that appointment and when i arrived they were trying to tell me no i told them well thats why i rang before coming here so i dont have to wait yous agreed so i came . The 2 ladies who work there are rude, they talk in their language and ignore questions when you ask . I felt uncomfortable when getting my brazilian cause the lady was staring at my vagina like it was something she had never seen before . Worst service in papakura . Lashes i recieved from them were glued to my eyelid and not my lash burnt my skin around the eye area and the very next day the whole left eye of lashes literally fell off when i rang for them to fix it as it was 24hrs later i was told to pay for a new set . If these ladies aint qualified to apply eyelash Extensions they shouldnt be doing that service as they could damage the eye and natrual lashes . This salon use to be my go to but the ladies working here have no daaammmm clue on what they doing .
