Was there last nite what a great meal and very well priced couldn’t believe you get 450gm steak for $28 it was cooked to perfection cheers great place

Had dinner there as a party of three. All three meals were well presented, hot, and good value for money. Friendly and responsive service. The sole chef did well to keep up with demand. Suggestion for improvement : tables require more regular and proper cleaning as they were sticky and very dirty when I wiped it over.

Had lunch wedges loaded with cheese bacon sour cream and yummy home made plum sauce.And kids meal chips spring rolls and chicken nuggets very large great to share.

Just had steak and chips. Was worth it. Steak cooked perfectly. Big helping of salad. Would be nice with a pepper sauce or garlic sauce. Highly recommend though.

Went in with the family and kids. Felt right at home, publican Ray was welcoming and served us some of the best fish we've had in NZ. Relaxed family friendly pub. Good place to relax and have a feed. Cheers

We came in for lunch and had such an awful experience with really unnecessarily hostile staff. We came in because my friend was really keen on a steak and we asked politely if there was a vegetarian option for me. I would have been happy with chips or a simple toasted sandwich and instead we were met with unbelievable rudeness. Their words were were something to the effect of We don't serve vegetarians
