When I was trying to buy flowers for my mother on her birthday there was a problem with the payment system. As I work remotely my personal phone could not make calls, so I emailed Wigram Florist asking them to call the work mobile.June called me back in minutes. Once payment was made I emailed to confirm the flowers and the note to go with it. Confirmation came quickly and the flowers were delivered within 2 hours of my initial inquiry! Great service going beyond my expectations. Keep it up Wigram Florist!
