Don't know how these guys are still operating. Mate of mine bought a car from here and it had all the issues in the world pop-up. The dealer wanted to have nothing to do with it or rectify the issue even though it was within the 14 day period where CGA applys! The sales guy here is also the owner... has no empathy or respect for his clients. The gearbox had major issues for which we had a bill of $3400 to fix as well as oil leaks throughout. The guy from here doesn't even reply to our emails and declines our calls every time we try to get a hold of him. Unfortunately we are quite a distance away from Whangarei otherwise I'd definitely visit this place and get this issue sorted. Overall D-, stay far away from this dealer!

After looking at vehicles online for some time I contacted Adam and made an appointment to view a vehicle I liked on the F2S lot. Communication back was fast and I easily arranged a viewing by email.We arrived to find the vehicle waiting out front for us to test drive. It was immaculately presented, with all the paperwork ready to view and a fresh new 12 month WOF.Adam was really friendly & incredibly welcoming. He came out to meet us when we arrived, shook my hand and greeted me by name. Little things like that mean something.There was no pressure sell. No salespitch. No bullsh*t. No talking down to me or *at* me because I'm a female. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured in any way.I traded my car for what we mutually agreed was a fair price, filled out the paperwork, paid the balance and we drove away incredibly happy with our purchase. The entire process was easy, stress free and could even be called *enjoyable* - even my husband commented on how good it was.Buying from F2S was by far one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Very impressed with the great service, valuable advice, reasonable prices and straight talk.I would 100% buy from Free 2 Sell again and have absolutely no problem recommending others do as well.Thanks Adam. Awesome service friendly as. Loved that Adam actually came out to us went to 3 sales yard and none came out and we had been at least 25-35minutes even went back no help. Walked into this sales yard boom he was seeing to 3 of us on the lot. Thanks for a smooth transition.

Totally recommend Adam and his helpful staff - we traveled up from Auckland to view his range and in particular a vehicle we had seen on Trademe, it was serviced, cleaned & WOF'd as promised and ready for us to test-drive but no pressure as we checked a few other options till we were 100% happy - all the paperwork was done smoothly despite his office in the brand new yard still being finished off. A+++ dealer

An easy, relaxed purchase. Bought a lovely 4x4 from Rich and Adam. Adam supported us after purchase and went above and beyond to rectify an issue without any qualms, even after an extended period of time following the isolation shutdown. Would deal with these great guys again any day, and highly recommend this company.

All i can say is this dealer is absolutely shocking!!! Not worth visiting. Adam is a great talker and does a great job into trying his best to make a sale. The car that my mate almost bought was appalling. Luckily the local workshop warned us off. Car was in shocking condition. Alternator & belts were worn, battery needed a jump start (twice) interior was filthy... Engine bay had rust, the exhaust had a leak & plus there was No wof on the car as well!I'd recommend checking other yards out in Whangarei. Please do not WASTE YOUR TIME visiting these guys. A-

Amazing experience, amazing result - would absolutely recommend using Free to sell, to sell your car with no hassle - DO NOT AGREE TO TRADE YOUR CAR IN AT A DEALER! Mark Cromie offered me $2.5K trade in and Adam from Free to Sell managed to get me $5k net... he was up front and fair right from the very start. If I ever need to sell a car again Adam will get my business immediately. End result - Adam sold 2 of my cars and despite owning one for 2+ years and the other for 1.5 years were able to get almost what I bought them for! Amazing!
