Katie is so incredibly talented. She did the flowers for our daughter's wedding last week end. Katie listened to what our daughter wanted and then created the most beautiful bouquet which suited the wedding dress and the outdoor location absolutely perfectly. I could not have dreamed up a better combination of textures, colours and overall affect. She also made us the most gorgeous buttonholes: Once again so appropriate for the particular occasion.Not only did Katie create the most outstanding floral work but she worked on the statutory days so we could have them all fresh for January 2nd.I highly recommend Katie for her amazing talent and service. I will be using her whenever I can. Just trust Katie and you can’t go wrong. Thank you Katie for the most beautiful bouquet and button holes.

Good, reliable service, have ordered multiple times to have flowers delivered to a friend, absolute no issues even though I'm ordering from the USA. Made a beautiful arrangement that was delivered locally in Rotorua the same day on multiple occasions.I admire the work ethic, I had placed an order very late at night, got an email from the florist at a little after 4:30am NZ time offering an alternative as they were getting beautiful fresh roses in that morning (pictures of the resulting arrangement attached), you can't find that level of customer service and dedication to come in that early and make sure things get done and smoothly just anywhere.

A really good friend of mine from work had referred me and my husband on to Katie! She was amazing! I had flicked her a few pictures of what I liked, and trusted her to work and create her magic on my flowers for my wedding! She and her team are so knowledgeable and skillful when it comes to flowers, but also if if your wanting dried flowers! She is your go to in Bay of Plenty! I'm now in Wellington and referring friends to get flowers from her outside of Rotorua. I have 2 pictures of my wedding bouquet of what it looks like now after more than a year and it still looks amazing from the day Katie first made them for my wedding last year!Go to Rotorua Florist and I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

I ordered a flower crown late on a Wednesday night for a Saturday ball. Being such a last minute order- after lack of inspiration of what to do with my hair- I just thought I would get a few flowers on a ribbon... well I was blown away! The service was 5 star, the owner replied to me so quickly and asked the theme and the colour of my dress. When I picked it up on Saturday it was perfect, better than I could have imagined. I even won the title of best dressed teacher at the ball, which was very much due to my beautiful flower crown. Katie and her team are so talented and I use them for all my flower and arrangement needs.

I am located in the USA but wanted to find a florist, local to the Rotorua area, in order to send a surprise to my best friend (who is currently contending with major life stressors). Highly recommend Katie and her team at Rotorua Florist. I needed a flower garland for my little sister's wedding at short notice. I contacted Katie who was happy to help if I supplied the flowers. I dropped them Wednesday and by Friday afternoon I picked up the most beautiful garland. The wedding couple were wowed as much as I was.Thanks so much Katie and team. I will be back to support this wonderful local business.
