Hourly rate of $70+GST and a minimum of 1hr meant we paid $80 for a 10min job where he did nothing and was unable to answer questions - this was after calling John to say the issue was sorted and he no longer needed to come.Rude and passive aggressive when we queried his inflated invoice. Highly unprofessional, would never consider using him again.
