Staff were more concerned about our lack of masks due to us having exemptions than they were in selling us musical instruments. You missed out on $3000 worth of purchases because you offered no help and we're whispering about us instead. Thanks to the amazing staff at music planet at the base who were friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic about helping us spend 3k on instruments. Will never ever go to the rock shop ever again, I've seen more joy in a graveyard than there is in this shop

I struggle hugely with this place. Only due to customer service. I won't go on about it because this isn't the channel for it, but their saving grace is a young guy called Zak who works Saturday's - he is the only reason I will go back in.Keep up the excellent work, and service work care Zak.The products here are always good, never had an issue with products or being able to get a product in, great and expansive range too.But I would love to see this place operating with a team that is sold out for their customers, and anxious and eager to serve. It would completely transform this store and the symptomatic knock on would be sales and trust.

I was a frequent customer to this store but as of late the quality has dropped significantly. Couldn't find a single thing I was after and the staff clearly didn't know what they were talking about. Also what's up with the auto tune rap being blasted in the store? Mind blowing stuff truly.

They had what I needed, but the people in there were pretty blunt and borderline rude.Not to me but to others.I've always had no problems, just may need to work on not having a RBF at work.

Pretty terrible customer service, the staff seemed to only really know about their specific area, however they had no one on who knew anything about drums, so I spent an hour and a half here trying to figure out what drum heads I should get based on what I could figure from the packaging. Was also greeted by a grumpy “if you want to be served, go wait at the counter.” when I approached one of the staff because no one was able to see me waiting at the counter.

One female staff doesn't know how to smile and welcome the customers at all. Luckly the owner, or probably he looks like the owner, was always very smiley and made sure I could get what I was looking for. But that specific female staff needs to improve to be honest. I asked her where I can find a specific guitar stand. She just pointed the way and turned around. Ohh hello there, how can I help you? How is your day going so far? Ah you need a guitar stand, let me show you... so... that is the good way. I hope she changes.

This is the third visit in this shop and we like it due to the variety of items and the helpful staff. We bought guitars for our 2 sons, along with accessories. They have an extensive collection of musical instruments, from very beginners to professionals. Prices are competitive and eventually there are good sales inside. It is well located within CBD, easy to park and open on Saturdays. Worth the visit!
