On a brighter note my phone screen was repaired earlier than anticipatedI have returned here numerous times and they are great people with affordable prices even for beneficiariesand really enjoyable place thank you for helping me with my phone and that cuppa is still on offer for you.My phone is working much better thank you for putting my mind at ease.I think I have found my favourite place for fixing phones and after much consideration I dropped off my unwanted broken phone screen as I had no use for it and then being them specialising in this field it only made sense for me to give them the broken screen. Once again Thank you for all your assistance we very much had a yo yo situation but all in all we are a great fit.At the end a mutual understanding was meet with a positive outcome. Thank you again

Attendant was rude, just wanted a look at covers, next thing was pretty much hurried out ( was no where near closing) phone was held ransom until I brought something even after sayingnot interested. And at the same time had screen protector changed now finger scanner doesn't work.

Went to replace glass screen and now my screen is dead not working at all. I do not recommend

I dropped off 2 phones to repair... a couple years ago now. 1 was repaired no issue, hence the 2 stars instead of 1...The other phone was a screen replacement. However when I went to pick it up the power button had been glued in place. The owner promised to fix it... a couple weeks later, I got a call that my phone had been 'stolen while they left it on the counter'.The owner then offered a replacement phone... which I picked up and signed off on good faith. However, when I got home I noticed the replacement was a much much cheaper model... When i raised that with the owner, they apologized, took the replacement phone, then promised to replace it again with the proper one...2 years later and I still haven't received a replacement. Each time I went to the store the person at the counter said the owner is 'working on it' or is out of the country or simply doesn't know anything...Since I technically signed off when I picked up the phone the first time, I've written it off by now... But it had been an object lesson in never signing anything off on good faith...

In this shop, I see a man who is truly want to help with what he can. what I like about him is if he cannot fix it ,he refers to his seniors , for example for my mobile repair he tried his best and suggest me to show for his senior and it was fixed.

Zero stars. Didn't fix the problem but still charged me full costs, also didn't disclose that i would no longer be under warranty/insurance once they did the repairs. Would not recommend using this business.

If you want your phone damaged, come to this store. I am not sure these people actually know what they are doing and will deny any responsibility. If you don't believe me, check out their other reviews. Even 1 star is too high.

If I could I would give them zero! Been here twice and both times left the shop with a whole different issues that the phone didnt have before taking it in! Never again so a bad review for yous.
