Get Wet Waikato

My wife and I did both the PADI Open Water as well as the advanced open water with Get Wet, and we had a great experience both times.Our instructor, Kiel, brings his own style to the teaching, relaxed and easygoing. But he is on top of things and will make sure that everything goes well in the end.They took us to Whitianga for the training on both occasions, for some lovely boat dives.The atmosphere on the boat was good, and Kiel was confident and clear with his instructions, we felt safe and at ease. Will book again with then next time!

Absolutely amazing outfit! Gavin is a fantastic instructor, he knows what he's doing and keeps it calm and safe. The crew have their own confined water pool and the provided equipment is kept in excellent condition. They even managed to fit my open water course around my schedule. I couldn't recommend them more.

Get Wet serviced two sets of regs for myself and my husband. Small mistake made on one of the low pressure inflators meant that it wouldn't connect to the BCD, lucky it was sorted with a spare set on the boat (different dive company) but would've been a different story if we are out by ourselves.I informed Get Wet and they apologised which was good.

Fantastic Try Scuba experience with the team from Get Wet. If you have ever thought to give this sport a go, dont hesitate...this team and this place are awesome. So much so, I'm doing the open water course! Can't wait

Nothing but a good experience with the team at get wet. Highly recommend get wet If you want to learn to dive. Very knowledgeable with all types of dive gear as I had my own personal gear and had lots of help in properly setting up my bcd ECT.Had a blast in whitianga aswell.Cheers Jacob Riddle.

Get Wet Waikato have provided my open water and advanced adventurer training. The training and dive trips are well organized with sharing excellent knowledge and experience of diving.

I am always blown away by the level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism encountered whenever I visit the Get Wet crew- Mark, Gav and Kiel. I have so far completed the Try Dive Experience and Open Water Dive Course through the shop. I couldn't recommend these courses run by the engaging and experienced Get Wet crew enough for new divers to complete to become relaxed and confident in the water.The service doesn't stop after completing the course - the team are only to happy to provide information on dive sites based on levels of experience, even sharing information on where to find some elusive crays.The regular dive trips from Whitianga and Tauranga are an easy way to gain more experience and are both well run with an emphasis on safety.The shop is always clean and stocked with quality products at great prices. Rental equipment is well maintained and available without any issues.If you are new to diving or not sure where to start - go no further than Get Wet Waikato.
