It was my first time to go for a hearing check and I'm grateful I did. Everything went smoothly. I was made comfortable throughout the procedure and each step was well explained. Melissa(Audiologist) did great job for making me comfortable with my first ever hearing examination.she explain procedure in great manner and I felt friendly .
