Poor customer service & communication - Also uses their company Facebook profile for personal sales? Tried to complete a $900 sale, had to continuously follow up for any details, inflexible with pickup, not even available during the hours they said? Overall if staff are using your Profile then you need tighter security, or if you are the owner then consider this feedback and improve.

前段时间去门店购买的哑铃，前台小妹妹很是热情。主要是邮寄业务吧，等取货二十来分钟，着急上班，最后还是前台小妹帮忙给拿出来的，很是感谢。总体说不错，体育器械很是齐全，价格也差不多。值得推荐。
