Kathy went over and beyond in helping me today. I am partially sighted and purchased the wrong size garment in Takapuina store this morning. When I got home and realised I had purchased the wrong size I phoned Takapuna store but they didnt have my size. I then phoned St Lukes store. They never have my size either, but Kathy did a computer search and found Hamilton store had one my size. Kathy then phoned her Area Manager who she thought could be in Hamilton. The area Manager had just left but turned around and went back to pick up the garment in my size and is delivering it to Takapuna stiore where I can pick it up. I am so impressed with the wonderful service from Kathy and the Area Manager who in a matter of a minutes had the right size item being brought up from Hamilton for me to pick up in Takapuna Store. Thankyou for such wonderful service

I liked my visit here at St Luke's as I used to work in retail and I'm not keen on being approached constantly. Nice ladies and I could shop to my own requirements

Found quite a few nice elegant tops in this store. Nice colours, patterns and styles. Clothing is expensive though.

Super cheerful happy staff that will go out of their way to help you find great looking clothes. Some reviewers reckon they're 'too pushy' but honestly they'll leave you alone if you ask them to, or if you engage them, they'll have some great suggestions. I highly recommend this store

I went to the store today as needed a suit and blouse for a new job. The lovely woman that looked after me was amazing, she found exactly what I was after and then some. I will be back for corporate clothes again in this store.
