Highly recommend Paul’s drum lessons! My child was new to drumming and nervous about trying something new, but Paul created an excellent learning environment that meant he could relax and enjoy learning to drum. My son rates the lessons really highly.

My son has had lessons with Paul for seven years and he has quietly encouraged and coached my son which has hugely increased his motivation. As our son became more competent, his enthusiasm grew and he has been the senior drummer in his school now for 3 years. We have really appreciated that Paul's work has led to our son's commitment to his music.

Our daughter has been having weekly drumming lessons with Paul for about 5 years. He teaches in a relaxed, friendly environment. Great communication via emails/text. Paul is a considerate, patient and an encouraging teacher. He's also open to suggestions and flexible with alternative times/days of teaching. He has great taste in music!

Paul is an excellent teacher. He is technically brilliant as well as skilled at teaching and communicating with children and young people. He has taught our son for the last 4 years. We highly recommend him.

Paul has been our son Emilio’s drum teacher for several years at two separate schools, both intermediate and high school. We have been so impressed by him that in addition to continuing with Paul through the itinerant music programme at school, we have actively sought out extra online lessons from him during the Covid lockdown (and he obliged, preparing well-crafted and entertaining sessions). In short, Paul has proved to be an affable, approachable and very professional instructor. We are particularly appreciative of the fact that he has accommodated various interests Emilio has had, that is, different genres of music, preparations for concerts and competitions etc.

Paul is a good drum teacher. He is always well organised and keen for my son to make good progress in the development of new skills.My son is enjoying learning different genre styles of drumming, and looks forward to his lessons. Highly recommend.

Paul’s is a fantastic teacher and brilliant drummer. Paul shows patience and persistence with our 8 year old and has fostered her love of music and drumming. He has a load of experience to back up his teaching and can offer tailored lessons for the complete novice to the experienced drummer.
