I really enjoyed their customer service. I came into their nail salon without a booking and they took me in immediately with no trouble. They offered complimentary drinks and just overall were amazing. I gave them a nail pattern that I wanted to be recreated as similar as they could and they did that exactly. I was beyond happy with the outcome. I will definitely be coming here anytime I want my nails done. :)

What beautiful customer service! Great pedicure and I love their colour range. Mini Pedi inc back massage and polish $20! Or a pedi with hot stone massage $35! Great location with plenty of parking right next to Countdown Mt Wellington. Very clean and tidy, great service and wore gloves too. Well done!

Best customer service. Everyone is so nice here as well as the place. It is always clean. I always get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done here. They always do a great job with the final product. Highly recommended!

I love visiting here! Salon is always clean and hygienic. The staff are also chatty and welcoming, they're really good at remembering their customers. Their work is always careful and immaculate. Lots of car parking and easy access.

I had been going to Pamper nail & spa in Ellerslie for years but the staff are no longer friendly & quality has dropped. So I jumped on google & came across this salon with glowing reviews and knew I had to try it. I am so glad I did. It's spacious, clean, easy parking & reasonable pricing. I was greeted by the man at the front desk who was friendly & welcoming. The ladies were lovely & so gentle.I was really impressed. They even offered me a drink which was a lovely touch. I was really happy with my pedicure & my nails. I will definitely be returning.
