We had a very bad experience with them. They hire apprentices to work in our new house and the quality is terrible! We have to keep calling them to come back to fix things. Moreover, Rob once said we were “stupid” via the phone. Will never use them again.

Called BOS as they had originally installed electrics in our home. Receptionist was frosty when I called. Waited over a month and chased them up to eventually get them to show up weeks later. They changed 3 lightbulbs and fixed a fan. Charged over $600. Bad service from start to finish.

One of their vans tried to run me off the road, if they can't drive safely I wouldn't trust them with electrical work
