Completely appalling! The storage amenities themselves were good, but the management is absolutely incompetent. My experience of AA secure storage in Blenheim was one of regular phone calls rudely claiming my monthly payment had not been made, when it in fact had. When the Manager, a man by the name of Jeff, realised his mistake each month no apology was ever offered.Then, upon terminating my storage unit with AA secure storage Blenhiem, my bond was not forthcoming, despite returning the gate security card in a working and timely manner. Emails inquiring about it went unanswered, and when I speak to Jeff on the phone he assures me that he will look in to it". So

Great relief to see it under new management. So much easier to deal with and I am told it's going to get the love it needs.
