Holy smoke is a gem, and I visit it when I am going to a pot luck dinner or somewhere I want to provide something truly delicious. Their hot smoked salmon - their speciality, is phenomenal. Combined with some Vic's bakery sourdough, it's a spectacular lunch or picnic on it's own.Really worth making the trip for.

Needing fresh, smoked or any other sort of delicious salmon then come here.Always great to talk to the staff.If your not a chef (or even if you are) this is the place to go for quality delicious salmon.Go have a look at the shop, its small but that's what you want. If you want to do something, do it well and that's what these guy's do.
